Prices are non-negotiable.Order Process
Commissioner's can order from me through DM's in any of my social, and through VGEN as well. I am mostly active on my Discord and Twitter though so please DM gaymmdw on twitter or discord! Feel free to email me as well. My commission queue will primarily depend on whether the client asks for a rush order. Priority is first come first serve.References
Visual references are mandatory. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me create your request to its utmost, causing less revisions, mistakes, and any additional fees.

Payment.

All prices are listed in USD.Method of Payment
Method of payment will be Paypal through invoice, and through VGEN. Commissioned sketches must be paid 100% upfront, and rendered illustrations must be paid 50% when I start. If you prefer, you can pay full upfront.Refund Policy
1. Rendered Illustrations and Chibis - I allow refunds after rough sketch and base colors with the basis that I earn 30% of the total price. However, strictly NO refunds after 50% of the illustration is done.2. Sketch Commissions - No refunds after rough sketches are approved. Full refunds are allowed if the client chooses to refund after I've shown the rough sketch. (Disclaimer: Rough sketch and sketch are different stages!)3. Appropriate Behavior - I do not condone any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the communicating process. If any of these apply from the client's behavior during the process, it will result in a cancellation by me, the client will be refunded, but 50% of the latest payment will be kept by me.4. External Factors - If I am unable to begin your commission due to external factors like injury, sickness, or important events, a full refund is given. If I am unable to finish your commission for my own reasons, depending on how much the commission is finished, I allow refunds from 25%-75%.Additional Fees
1. Revisions - Slight revisions are possible without payment before the sketch and during render. However, if the client requires revisions that require an extra amount of effort after or during rendering is done, $5 or more is charged, unless certain circumstances deems additional charges unnecessary (Eg. Asking to change the pose during render).2. References - If the client does not have references for their commission like poses, compositions and character designs, this will require additional charges ranging from $5-$30. Depending on complexity, additional charges will be unnecessary. Asking for an entirely new character design from me is another thing, and we would need to further communicate for that, please DM me on one of my active socials.3. Additional props - Depending on complexity, additional props will be charged an additional $5 or more. Props like pillows, and whatever I deem simple and easy to draw don't require additional charges.4. Rush Order - Certain commissions that need to be finished within a certain amount of time will require additional fees depending on the deadline and time given.

Work Process.

Duration
1. Rendered chibi's - 1 to 7 days.
2. Rendered headshots and busts - 1 to 14 days.
3. Rendered Half bodies and Full Bodies - 14 to 45 days.
4. Sketches - 1 to 2 days.
These are all without exceptions. Please give me at most three months maximum to complete your commission! I'm a perfectionist artist that loves putting in a lot of detail and care into my works. I will notify the client beforehand if anything serious occurs that will take more time for me to finish than estimated.Updates
Updates come to the client during my art process. From rough sketch, sketch, base colors and shading, to grayscale and render. A total of 7 mandatory updates unless the client specifically asks for an update! I may also often post Works in Progress updates through my socials like Instagram and Twitter unless told otherwise. You can also find details regarding your commission on my waitlist & work queue at trello!SKEB commissions on my VGEN, however, are entirely different as they are surprise me's! The only way you can find out about your SKEB commission is if i ever post a Work in Progress on my socials by chance.

Rights.

Personal use
Personal use means the artwork is created strictly for your own enjoyment and not for any kind of profit promotion or business related purpose. You're allowed to display and share the artwork (with credits) but you cannot use it in any way that earns money or supports a brand.Examples:
1. Profile pictures with credits
2. Wallpapers
3. Posting or sharing with credits
4. Printing for yourself or personal collectionCommercial Use
Commercial use applies when the artwork is used in any way that generates income, promotes a brand, or is connected to monetized content. This includes both direct profit ( selling) and indirect profit (growing of business or content that earns money). Credits are required.These requires an additional fee and must be discussed before the commission starts.Examples:
1. Selling merchandise
2. Logos, brand, mascots, .etc
3. YouTube/Twitch assets (emotes, thumbnails, display)
4. Icons for streaming
5. Book covers
6. Advertisement or Sponsored contentsAI/NFT
My art is strictly prohibited from being used for AI or NFT purposes. I do not condone my art being fed into AI, and there will be consequences for doing so.

EXTRA.

Fanart Use
Fanart commissions may be used by me to produce prints and various merchandise.My use
I have the right to use your commission for my portfolio, or post it my social media, unless discussed beforehand.Commission Rejection
I have the right to reject a commission if I deem the order far too difficult for my skill level or comfortability.Files
Files will be sent through email or through google drive. Depending on the client's preference. They will always be in .png file.Art Style Disclaimer
My art style often changes, but the quality will stay throughout! If you have a specific art style that you like from my previous art works, please tell me and I'll try my best to emulate it!Color Palette
I might choose to slightly modify the color palette of your reference sheet if given, however your character will remain to be recognizable! I will ask the client beforehand if you're okay with the slight color palette change.VGEN
